By creating an account, you confirm that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online betting platforms is lawful under applicable local laws. sipp77 does not verify the legality of online gambling in every jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. sipp77 does not accept customers from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law or where sipp77's services are restricted by legal order.
Each User may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited. sipp77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, all bets placed from duplicate accounts will be voided, and any winnings will be forfeited. sipp77 reserves the right to confiscate deposits associated with duplicate accounts if fraud or abuse is suspected.

You agree to keep this information up to date. sipp77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may impose their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
All deposits must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts (unless all account holders are verified), or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. sipp77 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any deposit source and to return deposits that cannot be verified.

sipp77 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to a nominal processing fee of Rp 10,000 per transaction. This fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount before processing.
Before processing your first withdrawal, or before processing any withdrawal that exceeds Rp 5,000,000, sipp77 requires completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. The KYC process involves submission of the following documents:

If additional information is required, our support team will contact you via email. All bets placed on sipp77 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. sipp77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time before the bet is accepted into the system. Once a bet is confirmed and a unique bet reference number is generated, the bet is considered accepted and binding. You are responsible for verifying that your bet has been accepted by checking your bet history or receipt.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body or official data provider. For sports betting, this means results published by leagues, federations, or sanctioned data providers (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, ATP, WTA). For togel (lottery) markets, results are determined by the official draw conducted by the licensed lottery operator (e.g., Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club). For casino games, results are determined by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by the live dealer in real-time table games.
If an event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets remain valid and will be settled based on the rescheduled event result. If an event is postponed for more than 48 hours, or if an event is abandoned before completion, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to users' Accounts. Exceptions apply for markets that have already been determined (e.g., "First Goal Scorer" in a football match that is abandoned after the first goal).
sipp77 reserves the right to void bets or correct settlements if an obvious error has occurred. An "obvious error" includes but is not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to human or technical error, incorrect event information, incorrect handicap or line, or bets accepted after an event has already started (unless the market is explicitly designated as "live in-play"). In the event of an obvious error, affected users will be notified via email and corrected settlements will be applied to Accounts.
The maximum payout on any single bet is Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah). The maximum payout on any single accumulator or parlay bet is Rp 1,000,000,000 (one billion Rupiah). If a bet or combination of bets would result in a payout exceeding these limits, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit and the excess will not be paid.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions provided by sipp77 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus terms typically include wagering requirements (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn), eligible games or markets, minimum odds requirements, maximum bet limits while the bonus is active, and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x (bonus + deposit) before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rp 20,000,000 (10x the combined Rp 2,000,000) before you can withdraw. Not all bets contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%, while lower-odds bets, draw-heavy bets, or certain casino games may contribute less or not at all.
sipp77 prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other users to exploit bonuses, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated software to manipulate bonus outcomes. Users found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses forfeited, all associated winnings confiscated, and their Accounts may be permanently closed.
sipp77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will be published on the Platform and will apply to bonuses claimed after the change takes effect. Bonuses that have already been claimed and are in progress will generally remain subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of claim, unless the bonus was claimed through abuse or fraud.

sipp77 is not liable for losses caused by interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform's services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or third-party service disruptions.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, a bet, a settlement, or any other matter related to the Platform, you must first attempt to resolve the issue through sipp77's internal complaints procedure. Complaints should be submitted via email to with a clear description of the issue, relevant Account details, bet reference numbers, and any supporting documentation. sipp77 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to sipp77's senior management by requesting escalation in your complaint correspondence. Senior management will review the case and provide a final decision within 30 business days. sipp77's decision in all disputes shall be final and binding.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be determined by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sipp77's operating license is issued. Where no specific jurisdiction is designated, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where arbitration is required under Section 11.3.
